1. Non-Returnable Policy
   All products marked as Non-Returnable are sold on a final sale basis. Once the order is confirmed and delivered, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation
   Orders for non-returnable items cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.

3. Damage or Defect on Delivery
   In the rare case of physical damage or manufacturing defect, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

   • Only damages reported within this period will be reviewed.

   • Replacement will be provided only if verified and approved; refunds will not be issued.

4. Incorrect Product Received
   If the delivered product does not match the order, customers must inform us within 24 hours.
   Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement.

5. Company Rights
   The company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend the Non-Returnable Product Policy at any time without prior notice.

6. Acceptance of Terms
   By purchasing a non-returnable product, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions and accept the non-returnable nature of the item.
